AOI has proudly partnered with Conagra on over 35 projects across their Omaha campus and Midwest locations, constructing and furnishing nearly 300,000 square feet of workspace. Our deep-rooted relationship and comprehensive knowledge of their campus enable us to deliver projects efficiently, with a high level of trust and collaboration.

A testament to our long relationship, AOI’s Construction, Prefabricated Construction, and Furniture teams completed the initial build-out of the same floor to house Conagra’s Global Trading Center. Nearly 24 years after our initial work together, we were honored to be the contractor of choice once again for the full renovation of the same space.

The project included new and refreshed finishes throughout, such as ceilings, doors, flooring, casework, countertops, and window treatments, along with critical upgrades to lighting, HVAC, fire protection, and security systems. By integrating our Construction and Furniture services and working closely with Conagra Brands’ design team, AOI delivered a seamless project experience with cohesive, cost-effective solutions.
