The Pillen Family chose AOI’s Furniture group to deliver a dynamic, collaborative, multi-generational working environment for their new headquarters. The result was a modern, adaptable and activity-based offices and workspaces that will attract new talent and help retain their current workforce.

70 workstations and 10 private office options scattered throughout the headquarters building gave the agricultural everything they needed while still leaving the Pillen Family Farms room to grow. The project included three different workspace settings for employees. The variety of Herman Miller product solutions; individual phone booths for heads-down work or private calls, high-top tables, lounge areas, a variety of different sized conference room tables and multiple seating options helped complete an environment that supported the various ways different generations approach work, while solidifying an environment that supports their brand.
