AOI believes in building lasting relationships with clients through great customer care and delivery of top-notch services. Prairie Mechanical, a full-service mechanical contractor, knew that AOI was the right company to take on the task of constructing their headquarters from working together on previous projects.

The project was phased over two years and included four different buildings – a steamfitters shop, a plumbing and service shop, a sheet metal shop, and a two-story office building. From the beginning, the team knew the project site did not have ideal soil conditions, but by implementing a complex geo-pier foundation, AOI was able to successfully stabilize the site. Additional work included self-performed custom trim details and millwork, a custom iron reception desk, and unique checker plate steel flooring.
