This AIA award-winning project exemplifies AOI’s ability to work with various stakeholders to execute a creative and visually-stimulating space. Our initial involvement was assisting the owner with conceptual budgeting and value-engineering to facilitate lease negotiations and secure the tenant.

Work included demolition, construction, value engineering, and high-end finish. Architectural details, such as glass garage doors, low-placed peer windows, and a complex steel and plywood armature, required exceptional attention to detail.

Phenomblue was completed in a busy, occupied building with heavy pedestrian traffic and adjacent businesses.
