A Major Interior Renovation in Scope and Scale, the Foundation Project was an all out effort conquering numerous complex structural and material challenges with zero tolerances. 

Full demolition, re-work of existing building structure and high-end build back of 55,060 SF of office space, private office, workout area with locker rooms, conference rooms, secure reception area and break areas. The project featured new staircase with integrated sprinkler system, tension rod suspended perimeter catwalk and bridge, frameless glass railing and wall partitions, 20,000 SF of imported Spanish limestone, Rulon ceilings and walls throughout corridors, main lobby and collaboration rooms, backlit Barrisol ceiling panels, blueprint matched paneling in elevator lobbies and main conference room, custom rift-sawn white oak trim, concealed door hinges, mosaic wall coverings, and Dekton countertops.
