Southern Hospitality Ventures, Inc. is the franchise owner of the Nebraska Raising Cane’s restaurants. By partnering with Trent Reed Architects and AOI’s DIRTT and Furniture teams, the integrated project was streamlined from sales to installation for their corporate offices in Lincoln, NE.

The clients were able to see the versatility of DIRTT and Herman Miller in real life by touring AOI’s learning center. The DIRTT solution included prefabricated interior walls, doors and millwork, all pre-wired with modular plug and play electrical and two embedded TVs behind clear viewing windows.

The furniture included solutions from Herman Miller’s Living Office with an open office concept, collaborative areas and bench-style workstations. The furniture allowed flexible and reconfigurable spaces for training, inspiration, interns, private offices, workrooms, reception and conference spaces.
