This project converted three retail bays in a busy, occupied, historic downtown building into a new health clinic and pharmacy. The scope included the restoration of large display windows, new exam rooms, intake, reception, restrooms, lobby, pharmacy, and a small retail space.

Extensive woodwork and casework were built to enhance the historic details that were incorporated into the space. Due to the building’s historic significance, all historic elements not being utilized in the new design had to be preserved. Existing terrazzo and wood floors were encased in the membrane and overlaid with the new materials.
