8,000 SF building addition and 8,000 SF renovation of existing building. New exam rooms, offices, labs, X‐ray, procedure, blood, vitals, waiting and reception. New and upgraded HVAC, electrical and plumbing. All work was executed within or adjacent to the existing occupied healthcare facility while it remained operational.
