When TreeHouse Foods, a leading private-label food and beverage supplier focused on customer brands and custom products, decided to relocate their Omaha office, they partnered with AOI Construction to make their tight construction timeline a reality.

This 60,000 SF tenant finish included select and complicated demolition of the existing space, upgraded HVAC, electrical, data, plumbing, interior glazing, ceilings, flooring, carpet and paint. In spite of the many scope modifications, AOI minimized the need for change orders by leveraging a working superintendent and subcontractor relationships to offset added costs. Even with initial permit challenges delaying the start of the project, AOI was able to complete it on time, while providing the “smoothest move-in” the client had ever experienced.
