This unique tenant-improvement project for a commercial client looking to attract and retain employees utilized all three business units of AOI working together — Construction, Architectural Products and Furniture. The construction scope included the demolition and build-back of the space with new ceiling pads, flooring, electrical, data, HVAC, cabinetry and appliances for the break room.

AOI coordinated and installed DIRTT pre-fabricated construction for the office walls, doors and millwork, including two embedded TVs behind glass wall panels and plug & play power within the wall. DIRTT’s adaptability to add more technology in the future, makes it a sustainable alternative to built commercial interiors.
