Our construction team was proud of their execution on this very high-end interior project for an out-of-town client and project team tasked to open their new office in the Haymarket district of Lincoln, Nebraska.

The project was executed on the top floor of a class A occupied building with adjacent tenants next door and below. Great care was taken to protect the existing building finishes as well as minimize noise, dust and disruption to the other tenants.

This total-build-out delivered exceptional craftsmanship throughout and included unique finishes such as Japanese wood veneer and German-milled wool felt acoustical solutions. Specialty lighting fixtures and tile were also key features of the buildout.
