Stinson Leonard Street, a national law firm, wanted a fast-paced renovation of their Omaha office, located on the top floor of the iconic Landmark Center Office Tower.

Occupied renovation of Class A private office space featuring high-end finishes and Herman Miller furnishings throughout. Project scope included fire sprinkler and VAV box reconfiguration, reworked electrical and plumbing, demolition and rework of existing server room all while the office remained operational. New glass walls, reception desk, break-room, ceilings, paint, tile and hickory flooring, custom metal and hickory trim-work were installed throughout the upgraded space.
