Custer Federal State Bank in Broken Bow, Nebraska was looking to replace some outdated furniture when they first contacted AOI. After meeting with AOI and seeing the benefits of using an integrated-solution provider, a complete remodel of the bank was planned, which included AOI’s Construction, Architectural Products and Furniture teams.

This project included multiple phases to keep business operations running smoothly while construction was taking place during normal business hours.  After the demolition of existing walls, electrical, ceiling, data and flooring was completed, new DIRTT prefabricated construction solutions were installed for the teller line, reception desk, offices and conference rooms. The existing furniture was hauled away and new furniture was installed in its place. New lighting and sound masking helped improve the interior environment of the space.
