Welcome to the first residence hall at SCC’s Lincoln campus, designed explicitly to accommodate 246 students. This innovative project aims to be a catalyst in establishing a strong sense of community within the campus.

The primary goal was to create a residence hall that not only houses students but significantly enhances their social and academic lives. By incorporating diverse study and collaboration spaces throughout the building, the project aimed to cater to the varied needs of residents, promoting both individual focus and group engagement.

Partnering with AOI enabled the client to leverage MillerKnoll’s extensive and diverse portfolio, ensuring a seamless solution that marries timeless design with functionality. This strategic collaboration also allowed the client to benefit from significant cost savings by sourcing all furniture from a single trusted manufacturer. AOI’s warehousing capabilities provided additional value, ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain that facilitated timely and organized furniture delivery and installation.
