A historic ballroom was transformed into a global trading center with an overlooking cafe for the Scoular Company, a worldwide agricultural commodities business located in downtown Omaha.

The scope consisted of a renovation of three adjoining floors of office space, conference rooms and reception area, all retrofitted to adapt to the latest technology. All of the construction work was executed within the occupied building and without disruption to ongoing operations. AOI also provided furniture solutions for their flexible workplace.
