Prefabricated Interior Construction (DIRTT) Project Manager

The Prefabricated Interior Construction (DIRTT) Project Manager will simultaneously manage multiple projects from quote initiation through project close. The person in this role represents AOI business interests on the jobsite, ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish, and that the installation is carried out seamlessly. The individual has responsibility for other architectural products and services offered by AOI and is not exclusively DIRTT related.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create installation quotes, including vendors and trades required for the DIRTT scope of work on multiple projects, which may include shipping, storage, subcontractors, lodging, logistics and local compliance research in Omaha as well as other markets;
  • Review all production information and drawings for accuracy;
    Be comfortable using the full ICE® design suite in order to access and retrieve any data needed to keep the project on track;
  • Ensure site measurements are accurate, identify and manage the scope of projects;
  • Organize and submit orders in conjunction with the Champion and Design Director;
  • Understand the scope of work on site and collaborate with entire DIRTT Team to know all details of each project;
  • Schedule and manage AOI self-performed and/or contract labor installation personnel;
  • Make regular site visits and contact with onsite personnel including the general contractor and sub-trades;
  • Initiate and manage submittals to the factory and schedule punch list items;
  • Understand all jurisdictional and building requirements including construction, casework, power and networks to ensure DIRTT solutions are installed to specifications and quality standards;
  • Other relative duties as assigned.
