This project consisted of an 1,800 SF conversion of three bays in a busy, occupied, historic downtown building into a new health clinic and pharmacy. The scope included the restoration of large display windows, new exam rooms, intake, reception, restrooms, lobby, pharmacy and a small retail space.
Extensive woodwork and casework was built to enhance the historic details that were incorporated into the space. Due to the buildings historic significance, all historic elements not being utilized in the new design had to be preserved. Existing terrazzo and wood floors were encased in membrane and overlaid with the new materials.
